  • APPOINTMENT REQUEST FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH IS OPENED ON EVERY LAST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH

  • LATE AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 15 MIN YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE
